Terrible service! They sold us an Arctic Spa and we have had nothing but problems since: arrived weeks late, sent with incorrect chemicals, no filter, and wrong instructions for the Onzen system, numerous mechanical problems and leaks since and every time we have something repaired, the repairman seems to break something else, and they make it almost impossible to schedule the service. The exterior case of this spa is literally falling apart in front of eyes (at less than 2 years old), especially with the frequency of repairs it requires. I wish we could just return it for a full refund! Learn from our mistake and find another spa dealer (can't tell you who is better, but avoid Arctic Spas and Arctic Home Living!
