Chris Young, business manager Becky Harris and songwriter Anthony Smith have teamed up to create Artist Concepts, a production and artist development company focused on fostering up-and-coming talent in the music industry. All three partners will seek out new talent, but Anthony will head the search for music. He has produced acts in the past, but this will be the first time Chris has served as co-producer. Becky will handle bookkeeping and business management for Artist Concepts.
Following a long search, Artist Concepts signed singer/songwriter Brinley Addington as its first artist. The team will take Brinley into the studio within the next month to produce several sides to pitch to record labels with a showcase to be scheduled in the near future. Becky?s introduction to publisher Lisa Johnson has already resulted in a publishing contract with Razor Tie for Brinley.

Brinley has already gone to work, recently opening several shows for Chris. He has been added to the artists performing on the Blake Shelton Friends Cruise this fall.
