As a services organisation, their people and culture are key drivers of business performance.? In view of their steady growth, they are now seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager.?

Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will lead a small team to further develop and deliver key elements of the company's Human Resources Plan, including (but not necessarily limited to):?
- Leadership development programs;?
- Learning and development across the entire organisation;?
- Talent management and recruitment;?
- Performance management; &?
- Rewards and recognition.?
?
To be considered for this role, you will be able to demonstrate your depth of experience in delivering effective results, particularly in the areas of Leadership Development, L&D and Recruitment (including the implementation of recruitment systems). You have exceptional stakeholder management skills with management and staff at all levels, as well as a pragmatic approach to balancing proven HR practices with business requirements.? You are an effective project manager and can demonstrate where you have been effective in delivering change projects, as well as managing the regular demands of an HR generalist position.? You must also be an experienced team leader and can articulate how you have previously coached and developed team members' capabilities.? Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources will be well regarded. ?
